2014 NBA finals Game 4 Preview

At this stage, we really shouldn’t be surprised by anything that happens between these two teams. So with this in mind, tell me how nobody saw the Spurs blowout coming.  The mental toughness by San Antonio all season has been a thing of beauty, and game 3 was the perfect example of that. But perhaps even more impressive was the way they did it (with ball movement and aggressive defense).

That’s great, but what about game 4?

In turn with this. Miami is desperate here, and this is essentially a must win. If they go down 3-1 with 2 games in San Antonio, it’s over. But we saw some desperation from Miami in the second half and they were only able to trim 5 points off the lead (they lost by 20). I don’t expect Leonard or Green to have anywhere near the game they had in game 3, but Duncan and Parker will also play better. I have a feeling a relaxed Spurs team will jump out to a big lead and Miami will come back, and steal it in the final moments.
